The reason why I decide to award this facility 3 stars is due to some of the staff being very nice. However there is this one lady who ruined my what was a phine experience. She made a smart remark to me! What an idiot! She needs to get her act together, she has no skill in customer service and she needs to take the stick out of her ass so the other employees and customers can enjoy a rather exquisite atmosphere.

This Dunkin' Donuts has terrible service, the staff is in disarray and doesn't listen, don't know how to use a credit card machine and continually serve soggy half frozen food. This place is horrible

New to town and the DD in my last town was fabulous so maybe my expectations were high. I gave this one 3 chances and won't be back. It is terribly understaffed so the employees are frantic and therefore almost rude though I know they don't mean to be - I'd probably be a bit rude too under that kind of pressure. Additionally, the parking is bizarre. If you park to go inside there is no way to get out other that backing up and going out the same way you came in which is virtually impossible due to drive-thru traffic if it's the least bit busy. Finally, the coffee is higher-priced here than it was at my last DD in Fairfield county which is certainly surprising. Back to Starbucks I guess...

On principle I am a Starbucks girl, however there are a few things that in my opinion, Dunkin is better at, i.e. pumpkin coffee and bagels.
Dunkin is usually fairly consistent. However my complaint here is that the drive thru was EXCRUCIATINGLY SLOW, managed to forget a sandwich after we sat there for 10 minutes AND this Dunkin Donuts has the honor of being the first ever to make me sick. Being glued to the toilet, not fun.
Once was enough, thanks. -

There is absolutely no consistency at all with this particular location. The employees who work the drive thru do not understand English it seems, as I have to either repeat my order multiple times, or they just screw up the order entirely. When I point out their error, they seemed bothered and act as though I am wasting THEIR time. I am sure the people in line behind me appreciate their attention to detail as well.
